Sheena Lindahl, President and Co-Founder
Using creative financing strategies, Sheena became financially independent of her parents at the age of 17 and was able to completely pay her way through New York University’s $30,000+ yearly tuition, excel in school, work full-time at jobs she loves and co-found a business.
Before joining the tour, Sheena managed the due diligence process at GreenHills Ventures, a venture capital firm which invests $1.5 to $5 million in promising early-stage high growth companies. In addition, she was a lead teacher at Project R.E.A.D., a non-profit organization that improves the reading levels of inner-city elementary school children.
In 2005, Sheena graduated New York University with a major in Communication Studies. In 2006, Sheena was named by Business Week as one of the country's top 25 entrepreneurs under 25 and recognized in USA Today, the AOL homepage, CBS, NBC, and ABC.
Michael Simmons, CEO and Co-Founder
As a 2005 graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University, an authors, teacher, speaker, and award-winning entrepreneur, Michael is able to deliver a unique perspective that connects with audiences. In 2006, Michael was named by Business Week as one of the country's top 25 entrepreneurs under 25 and recognized in USA Today, the AOL homepage, CBS, NBC, and ABC.
Michael co-founded his first business, Princeton WebSolutions (PWS), when he was sixteen years old. PWS was later rated the #1 youth-run web development company in the nation by Youngbiz Magazine. In addition, Michael has been the winner of three entrepreneur of the year awards from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Fleet, and the National Coalition for Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship. He is the bestselling author of The Student Success Manifesto.
Liv Mansfield, Vice President, National Programs
Liv Mansfield has more than 20 years experience working with business and non-profit marketing. As Vice President, National Programs, she is responsible for enlisting schools and communities to host Extreme Entrepreneur events. Liv worked at the University of Pennsylvania for four years before joining the Extreme Entrepreneur team; at Penn Liv was responsible for strategic marketing development and implementation for more than 17 different programs based in liberal arts and science, including a part-time undergraduate degree, professional masters programs, and summer high school programs. Liv completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University and received an MBA in finance and marketing form Columbia Business School.
